Pinto is a space that houses two scratch kitchen concept restaurants inspired by foods of the Southwest. Arizona has been in the hearts and minds of chef/owners/partners/spouses Shannon Dougherty + Liz Petersen for years and they are excited to bring their passion for this cuisine to you.
The first floor of Pinto is The Nacho Spot. Let me tell you, we’ve been told that these are the Best Nachos In The World!
In her younger years (lets just say it was a long while back) when Liz and her sister would both come home from college for the holidays, the first thing they would do was make a huge plate of nachos and catch up on all the life things. It became a sister story telling bonding moment that still happens with these two til this day. Sharing this salty, crunchy, cheesy deliciousness became a ritual way to connect and we want you to have that same experience.
The atmosphere at The Nacho Spot is casual and designed to allow you to grab your nachos to bring to your house (or to your sisters ;-) ) or for you to grab a seat with your family + friends and enjoy your nachos. We are a BYOB so feel free to bring your own beer, wine, or spirit and grab a housemade mixer.
And while it's named The Nacho Spot this spot has more than nachos. You have to try our made from scratch tamales and other seasonal southwestern treats.

Upstairs at Pinto is our unique dining experience located on the second floor. It holds space where Shannon gets to share her talents with you through a pre-fixe seasonal menu experience. Shannon is a culinary creatrix who blends her food skills with an artistic touch and whimsical sense of humor.
This reservation only food journey happens once a month and is not to be missed. The night features a multi course pre-fixe menu with complimentary cocktail pairings. The menu is southwest inspired, elevated and ever changing. We will post the month’s menu 2 weeks before reservations open to the public. Reserve your spot early, it will sell out!
